If your staff contains uncertified ACLS Dentist Associates, you can incorporate them as "staff" during the training with no additional fee or you could make one of them your 2nd ACLS certification.

When other Dental Offices participate within the same week, I will divide the travel expenses among all of the locations to further decrease the cost.
